SOUTHEND United boss Kevin Maher labelled Harry Taylor “brilliant” on his return to action at Solihull Moors.
Taylor was handed his first start since suffering a hamstring injury against Gateshead in early February.
And Maher was incredibly impressed with how the defender helped Blues bag a 3-0 win at the ARMCO Arena.
"He was brilliant," said Maher.
"Once the whole team settled down he grew into the game and was the way he was before his injury.
"He was very good and I’m really pleased to have him back."
